Our program is designed to provide guidance and support to international students who are interested in gaining practical experience in their field of study. Our program offers challenging job opportunities along with detailed mentoring in a young & dynamic work environment.

One of the unique aspects of our Internships is that our Interns are granted the opportunity to become leaders. In order to successfully complete our program, interns are required to fulfill a mission by leading a project and managing a team while meeting deadlines and objectives set forth by their mentors. This experience provides interns with valuable leadership skills and real-world experience that can be applied to their future careers.

Upon successful completion of our program, interns will receive a certification and letter of recommendation. Additionally, one certified intern in each field will be offered a paid position at The BA Plan once their program is finished. We strive to provide our Interns with practical experience, leadership skills, and a strong, international, professional network.
